Debra McDuffie is a graduate of Kings College, Charlotte, North Carolina. Her journey in the legal field began in 1989 as a legal secretary at a prestigious law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

With over 30 years in the legal field, Debra has experience in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Personal Injury, and Business Law, with most of her career expertise being in Family Law.  Debra is compassionate about helping others and assisting clients in their needs of legal matters. She also serves as the Church Clerk at Jerusalem Baptist Church in Fort Mill, South Carolina for over 15 years.

Outside of work, Debra has a passion for senior citizens and children ages 3 to 12 years old. She feeds the senior citizens and their caregivers in the community periodically throughout the year. She has volunteered for over 13 years as Cheerleader Coach for Mecklenburg Parks and Recreation. Debra also enjoys serving others with her talents in cooking and decorating through her catering business.
