With over a decade of experience in different areas of law, including criminal defense, education, and family, Tandi has been able to find her passion is in the area of family law.  She is inspired to continue to work hard and educate herself so that she may better support the attorneys she works with.  Working in this area of law allows her to feel like her work truly makes a difference. Easterling Law has given her even more encouragement to continue in this area of law because of its collaborative approach and true commitment to finding healthier and more amicable resolutions for families in transition. When a client comes to us, he/she is often one of the most challenging seasons of his/her life.  To be a part of a team whose mission is to guide the process and lessen the burden for someone is something she feels proud of.

Tandi is a Union County, North Carolina native and resident. She is also a proud mother of two wild boys that keep her on her toes. When she is not working, she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending as much time as she can with her family.
